  • Dual-Fuel Emergency Generators
    In the event of a disaster and a general power outage, emergency power generators fueled by city gas or fuel oil if gas service is interrupted are ready to supply up to 72 hours of emergency power.
  • Seismic Damping Structure
    Adoption of the seismic damping engineering in this building means safety and structural integrity of at least 1.25 times that of a conventional seismic resistance structure. Even in the event of a Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Class earthquake (shindo seismic intensity of 7), which exceeds the maximum requirements of the Building Standards Act, this building is designed to retain post-quake usability with non-structural repairs.
  • Flooding Countermeasures
    With a maximum flood event in mind, flood barriers are installed at entrances and exits, and the disaster management center and emergency power generators are located on floors above the projected flood level.
  • High Environmental Performance and the “Net Zero” CO2 Emission Initiatives
